As with most major Marvel movies, fan speculation surrounding the latest upcoming Spider-Man sequel has been running rampant, with both plausible and downright bizarre theories and predictions. Here are some of the craziest fan theories we've found that try and predict the events in Spider-Man: Far from Home.
Homeland's Numan Acar plays the cryptic role of "Dmitri" in Far from Home. While the specific details of Acar's role are still being kept under wraps, fans of Marvel Comics were quick to point out that his character shares a name with a notorious Spider-Man foe: Dmitri Smerdyakov, a.k.a. the Chameleon.
In a recent interview with Comicbook.com, director Jon Watts was asked point-blank whether or not Acar's character was in fact the Chameleon, and his answer was purposefully unclear.
"Well, Dmitri in the film works for Nick Fury and I think anyone who works for Nick Fury, they certainly have a mysterious past… We're not specifically saying that he's… but we're not not saying."
Given that Spider-Man: Homecoming included the Vulture, the Tinkerer, the Prowler, two Shockers, and even a brief glimpse of Scorpion, it's not hard to imagine that Far from Home will also feature appearances from multiple villains from Spidey's notorious rogues' gallery. If Dmitri does in fact turn out to be the Chameleon, it will add an engaging element of mystery to the sequel, leaving audiences guessing who's really who. Keep watching the video to hear the craziest Spider-Man: Far From Home fan theories!

5 months agoI watched the trailer several times last weekend, while waiting for the living toy movie to start and I came up with a theory.
We visibly see water, earth, and fire, but not air or do we? I theorize that Mysterio has stolen the power of the Air elemental. That is why the remaining elementals are targeting him. He’s not helping anyone, they’re helping him survive and possibly steal the power of the remaining elementals. It’s why his flying and combat abilities come with clouds of green smoke, it’s air (with a little laser light show for style).

6 months agoThe sinister 6 is the logical villain for the 3rd Spider-Man villain because obviously we have already been introduced to Vulture in homecoming and Scorpion in the end credits scene and I believe that scorpion said that he had a friend waiting for Spider-Man and surprisingly Mysterio shows up in far from home which is another member of the sinister 6 so it would make sense that the sinister 6 be the next Spider-Man villain

6 months agoThe multiverse idea if that is the direction Marvel is going to be a tricky one to play.
I say this because in that direction could create the multiverse versions of Tony Stark.
That being said with the multiverse direction they could have a Tony Stark that in his timeline
was not able to get the stones. Then again with the many directions that could go there also could
be a multiverse that Tony Stark working at Burger King. Again the multiverse could also introduce
Tony Stark versions that are good or even bad. There could also be Tony Stark version that uses
Vibranium in his suit making his suits even more powerful than Original Iron Man. Yet if they did this
it not only would make the snap even more important it would clearly show that his sacrifice was key
to the multiverse direction. I also like the idea that they bring an alternative version of Tony Stark into
the mix not as much of bring Tony Stark back but to give his character a alternative to what we know.
That would create at wist that has not been done. Then again I do believe that Tony Stark voice as the
new AI will be setup with Ironheart yet in my own view I believe this should be reserved for Mark 3000
that was hinted at for Morgan Stark as her AI down the line. This not only would be a real key to joining
the past movies that Iron Man was so good in, but lets his legacy "daughter" be transcended to his
daughter Morgan Stark. I believe that his need to protect his daughter will be complete when we see
her AI voice being Tony Stark. That would give that feel good moment that would clearly lock people in.

6 months ago +1I think that Mysterio is actually Peter Parker from an alternate timeline. One where he didn't get snapped, so he aged and kept creating tech. He then eventually figure out how to get to the timeline that they fixed the snap... then I have no idea what will happen.
